Laser systems from ACSYS integrate key technology
The OPC 40530 UA specification for laser systems is an example of the standardization of the integration of laser systems in OPC UA environments. It provides precise data on status and performance, which facilitates the detection of operating conditions, fault analysis and predictive maintenance. This results in reduced downtime and increased efficiency. The specification enables uniform identification and management of different laser systems, which improves process optimization and production performance.
For ACSYS laser systems, OPC UA is an integral part of the in-house developed software and provides a standardized interface for integration into heterogeneous store floor environments. This promotes seamless communication between systems and optimizes data transfer. Technical data such as energy consumption and process parameters can be analyzed in real time, which increases the efficiency and reliability of laser machining processes.
