LFR® can be combined with various laser sources and is particularly suitable when large working areas are required. The entire component is processed without moving the axes in the X and Y directions. This gives you new freedom when designing products, components and design elements that have to meet the highest standards of appearance and quality. Thanks to gapless laser processing, the spot size of the laser remains precise and there are no visible attachment points or overlaps during processing. The precise layer-by-layer removal of paint or coatings on workpieces without damaging the underlying material is now possible with Large Field Removal, even in large working areas. This opens up new design possibilities and day/night design effects for interior and exterior parts that go far beyond the possibilities of conventional printing technology.
